In this role, David will support OSI's project management, project consulting and advisory services with a focus on full life cycle development of submarine cable system projects in the commercial submarine telecommunications, offshore oil and gas and submarine telecommunications markets.

Prior to joining OSI, David was employed at TE Connectivity / SubCom, as Director, Project Management, with a responsibility for the delivery major undersea telecommunications systems. In all, David brings 21 years of experience in the submarine cable industry, with direct involvement in the project management, engineering and commercial segments of the industry.
